Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon or polyester yarn, so to avoid exposing the white spandex when stretch the checker design elastic band
 
Winding the pre dyed nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the computerized textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the forming check pattern elastic webbing.
 
Woven the greige of the check pattern elastic band using predyed polyester yarns, raw white nylon yarns and covered spandex. Considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing and setting process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the finished geometric check design elastic band.
 
Setting and ironing the greige of checker design textile elastic band by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. 
 
Inspecting the checker pattern elastic webbing by narrow fabric folding machine, then packing it into spool or bale, and load into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
