Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed underwire casing.
 
Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the wire casing.
 
Weaving the greige of the nylon spandex bra underwire casing with soft plush backside in dyeable raw white color.
 
Dyeing the raw white greige of bra wire casing by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
 
Inspecting the dyed underwire casing by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 
Packing the bra underwire casing into spool or layered bale with waterproof bags.
 
Load spool or layered bale of bra underwire casing into strong export cartons.
