Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed picot edges plush back elastic tape.
 
This is the dyeable covered spandex yarn, outside is nylon yarn and inside is raw spandex yarn.
 
Winding the polished nylon yarn and covered spandex yarn onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the shuttleless weaving loom to feed the warp yarns into the forming elastic shoulder tape.
 
Weaving the greige of the nylon spandex soft plush back shoulder elastic tape in dyeable raw white color.
 
Dyeing the raw white greige of picot edges plush back elastic by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
 
Inspecting the 13MM picot edges elastic tape by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 
 
Packing the picot edges plush back elastic shoulder tape into rolled spool or layered bale with waterproof bags.
