Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid exposing the white spandex when stretch the dyed shiny face plush back elastic shoulder straps.
 
Winding the polished nylon yarn and covered spandex yarn onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the shuttleless weaving loom to feed the warp yarns into the forming elastic strap greiges.

Dyeing and setting the raw white greige of shiny face plush back elastic strap by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process. Then ironing, when necessary, the dyed elastic strap by fusing machine to make it more flat.
 
Inspecting the 10MM shiny face plush back elastic strap by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 
Packing the plush back satin face elastic strap into rolled spool or layered bale wrapped with waterproof bags. 
 
Load the spool or bale of shiny face plush back elastic strap into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
