Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed ruffle face elastic.
 
This is the dyeable covered spandex yarn, outside is nylon yarn and inside is raw spandex yarn.
 
Winding the polished nylon yarn and covered spandex yarn onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the shuttleless weaving loom to feed the warp yarns into the forming shiny ruffle face elastic band.
 
Weaving the greige of the satin ruffle face elastic nylon band in dyeable raw white color.
 
Dyeing the raw white greige of shiny ruffle face elastic band by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
 
Inspecting the 13MM shiny ruffle face elastic nylon band by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 
Packing the large elongation satin ruffle face elastic band into rolled spool or layered bale with waterproof bags, then load into strong export cartons.
